Shipping Policy

ALL Orders are estimated to be shipped within 3-5 business days, regardless of the shipping option that is chosen at checkout. 

Please make sure to check your cart before finalizing your order. Once a order is placed we CANNOT make any changes or alterations to your order. If you wish to cancel your order after it has processed, you will incur a 5% cancellation fee of the order total. Any order that has processed to shipped cannot be canceled. 

First class shipping is available for all orders that are under 15oz. First class shipping option is available at check-out at a $5 flat rate. Orders over $35 ship for FREE. First class shipping takes 5-7 business days for delivery once the package has shipped. There is no package insurance included with this shipping option. 

Priority shipping is also available for package delivery at checkout. This shipping option is recommended. Priority shipping option has expedited delivery which usually takes 3-4 business days. Priority shipping includes insurance on your package through USPS. 

We ship to the address listed on your order confirmation for delivery. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. Any packages that are returned due to an incorrect address will be reshipped at the purchasers cost. Please double check and make sure that your address is correct. 

Please be aware that once a package is shipped, that USPS sometimes does not update tracking information until the package is delivered. 

Tracking Information is provided on ALL orders. Fancy Peach will only respond to email requests at for order tracking once the order has passed 14 business days from the date the order was shipped. 

Any package that is returned to the sender by USPS and the customer wishes to cancel the order, the customer will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee of the order total. 

Fancy Peach is not liable for any packages after they have been accepted by USPS for delivery. Any package that is LOST, STOLEN, or RETURNED are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event that USPS fails to deliver package, please contact them first with any questions or concerns.

If you receive a defective item or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at You will be sent a prepaid return label so that you can send the item back to us. Once we receive the item back, your new item will be sent out. We must receive the item back within 14 days of you receiving the return label. Any packages returned after 14 days will be refused and sent back.
